通过搭建支架，提出一些发散性思维的问题，学生积极思考，一来，拓展了学生的思维；二来，也学习了本课的新单词。
通过快速用句型This is a ...说单词，既及时巩固了所学的新授单词，This is...是学生已经学过所熟悉的句型，为接下来的句型教学扫清障碍。
通过从熟悉的“This is...”句型，过渡到Is this...句型的教学，搭建支架，降低了学生学习的难度，并且用游戏的形式巩固学的句型，这个活动学生十分感兴趣，既复习巩固新知，又活跃了课堂的氛围。
